Job Description

The Pharmtech Lead is responsible for overseeing pharmaceutical technology operations within a healthcare, manufacturing, or research setting. This role involves managing technical teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, optimizing production processes, and implementing innovative pharmaceutical technologies. The Pharmtech Lead ensures that pharmaceutical products are developed, produced, and delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with industry best practices.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the pharmaceutical technology team, providing guidance and mentorship.

Oversee the design, development, and optimization of pharmaceutical processes and production systems.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and safety protocols.

Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaborate with R&D, quality assurance, and production departments to ensure product efficacy and safety.

Monitor and analyze production performance, recommending improvements and innovations.

Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for technology projects within the pharmaceutical unit.

Coordinate with external stakeholders, suppliers, and partners for technology and process support.

Stay updated with emerging pharmaceutical technologies and industry trends.
