Job Description
The Pest Control Technician / Driver will be responsible for delivering pest control services by applying chemical and non-chemical treatments both indoors and outdoors, diagnosing infestations, and advising customers on preventive measures. The role also includes maintaining a professional company image, driving to service locations, and completing accurate documentation. Technicians will follow a scheduled route, communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to service requests. Training will be provided for those who are not EPA certified.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Operate daily pest control services for assigned residential and commercial clients
Follow a pre-determined route using a company vehicle
Apply pest control products safely, according to label instructions and safety guidelines
Diagnose and treat pest infestations professionally and efficiently
Provide written and verbal communication regarding service details and recommendations
Ensure timely response to customer requests and return calls within 48 hours
Maintain a clean and professional appearance of the service vehicle and equipment
Complete all paperwork and service reports accurately and professionally
Comply with all vehicle and safety policies
Work in varying environments including office, outdoor fieldwork, and home visits
Be available to work weekends as needed

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree
Competencies Required:
Valid Driver’s License
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of pest control procedures and products (training will be provided)
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Entrepreneurial and sales-oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
EPA certification is an advantage but not mandatory
