To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director and other senior staff of UWRTI
To provide secretarial and administrative support to the Director and other senior staff of UWRTI
To manage the Director's diary, appointments, travel arrangements and correspondence
To prepare agendas, minutes, reports and presentations for meetings and workshops
To liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director and UWRTI
To maintain and update records, databases and filing systems
To handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
A diploma or degree in secretarial studies, business administration or related field
At least three years of relevant work experience as a personal assistant, secretary or administrator
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and internet use
Excellent command of English and Kiswahili languages, both written and spoken
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
