The Personal Assistant & Office Administrator will be responsible for managing Partners' diaries, organizing meetings, handling logistics, assisting with documentation and billing, and maintaining effective communication and coordination across departments. The role requires someone who is professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment.

Manage Partners’ schedules and meeting logistics daily
Provide administrative support to Directors and Managers
Prepare and format proposals, presentations, and general correspondence
Plan and coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and conferences
Distribute agendas and supporting documents timely
Maintain physical and electronic filing systems for all client correspondence and documentation
Assist with billing by generating invoices as per manager instructions
Build and maintain effective working relationships with other functional teams
Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Office Manager
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Recognized secretarial qualification
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting senior management is an added advantage
Competencies and Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
