Join Capitec Bank as a Personal Assistant in the Financial Management department in Stellenbosch!
We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who has a knack for organization, multitasking and seamless coordination and can pay attention to detail, in an environment that is fast-paced and ever-changing, to support our Financial Management team. Support Heads of Department:
Be the right hand to our Financial Management Heads of Department, managing their calendars, handling travel logistics and general administrative support, as well as to the greater financial team.
Event and Meeting Coordination:
Take charge of organizing internal and external meetings, ensuring all details are covered -from room bookings to IT setup and catering.
Lead the planning and execution of monthly team Townhalls and ‘Power Hour Sessions’, making sure every event runs smoothly.
Document and Office Management:
Showcase your attention to detail by formatting documents and managing office supplies.
Oversee the Financial Management group email and Teams chat, ensuring timely updates and information sharing.
Auditor Liaison:
Facilitate auditor visits by managing room reservations, access arrangements, and necessary IT setups.
Communication and Team Spirit:
Keep our team connected by compiling the Monthly Newsletter "Pulse" and leading the Fun Committee in organizing engaging activities like Boerie Days and themed dress-up events.
General PA Duties:
From expense claims to IT requests, you'll handle a variety of tasks that keep our department running like clockwork.
Assist the Executive PA to CFO on an ad-hoc basis, when required.

Qualification: Matric and or National Diploma in Secretarial Studies (ideal)
Experience: 8+years proven experience as a PA in a corporate setting.
Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
Personality: A proactive problem-solver who enjoys a challenge and can adapt to changing priorities.
