Job Description
The Software Engineer Graduate will be responsible for developing software solutions by designing, coding, testing, debugging, and correcting programs. You will support and maintain systems within a continuous delivery pipeline, adhering to software quality assurance standards.
You will adopt suitable development methodologies and contribute to building a collaborative engineering environment, ensuring delivery of value to clients. Key responsibilities include executing end-to-end system tests, maintaining accurate technical documentation, participating in impact analysis for design options and systems, actively seeking ways to improve timelines and costs, and promoting continuous learning within the team.
The role requires an active commitment to personal and team skill growth to mature within a continuous delivery environment.

Qualifications:
Final year undergraduate, Honours, or Master’s Degree (Completed or completing in 2025) in:
Computer Science
Electronic Engineering
Informatics, Information Systems
Information Technology
Software Development
Software Engineering
Experience:
No more than two years’ work experience.
Competencies:
Collaborative teamwork skills.
Resilience and adaptability.
Strong creative problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Positive attitude and self-confidence.
Business acumen and customer-centric thinking.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a South African citizen.
Must be under 30 years of age.
