Job Description

This graduate programme is designed for individuals passionate about building client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Graduates will rotate through different departments to gain practical experience in various business functions, both virtually and face-to-face. They will also undergo formal training sessions to build their skills and knowledge. The programme aims to deepen participants’ understanding of relationship banking and client-centric service excellence within the financial services sector. Graduates will also have opportunities to present insights and results to stakeholders, developing both technical and soft skills crucial for a successful career in Wealth and Investment banking.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various departments to gain experience across different business functions.

  • Participate in both virtual and in-person work immersion activities under the supervision of assigned coaches.

  • Complete required training sessions (online, virtual, and face-to-face) to support professional development.

  • Meet all milestones and performance objectives set in the Job Description and Performance Contract.

  • Present insights and learning outcomes to a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Embrace the core values of initiative, communication, accountability, relationships, and excellence in all tasks and interactions.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Qualifications:

  • FAIS-accredited Honours qualification in BCom Business Management

  • Honours qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.


Minimum Requirements:

  • South African citizen

  • Work experience should not exceed 12 months

  • Full academic transcripts (undergraduate and postgraduate) must be submitted with the application
