Job Description
The Personal & Private Banking (PPB) Wealth and Investment Graduate Programme offers recent graduates a chance to build a career in relationship banking and client services. The programme involves rotational placements across various departments, virtual and face-to-face immersion, and training designed to build essential skills in client relationship management and financial services. Graduates will work closely with Coaches, undertake practical assignments, complete milestones, and have opportunities to present insights and results to diverse stakeholders.
The programme aims to strengthen the graduate's understanding of the wealth management industry while promoting excellence and relationship-building at every client interaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in rotational placements across multiple departments.
Engage in virtual and face-to-face work immersions under coach supervision.
Complete assigned training and development modules online and in person.
Connect, learn, and perform tasks aligned to relationship banking principles.
Meet all programme milestones and performance contract expectations.
Stay updated on best practices within relationship banking.
Present findings and insights to various stakeholders.
Build and maintain meaningful client relationships through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
FAIS-accredited Honours qualification in BCom Business Management.
Honours qualification must be completed by 31 December 2025.
Experience:
Candidates should have no more than 12 months of work experience.
Competencies:
Passion for building strong relationships and interacting with people.
Strong client service orientation.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different environments.
Good communication, accountability, initiative, and relationship management skills.
Additional Requirements:
South African Citizenship.
Submission of full academic transcripts (undergraduate and postgraduate).
