Job Description
The Permanent Part-Timer will assist management with day-to-day store maintenance, ensure high levels of customer service, and contribute to the store’s sales goals. Responsibilities include processing sales transactions, supporting stock management, maintaining displays, safeguarding company assets, and ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and weekdays, with a strong focus on teamwork, enthusiasm, and customer styling confidence.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in finding products.
Process sales transactions (cash, credit, checks, etc.) accurately.
Support stock management, including ticketing and verifying incoming items.
Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor.
Help develop merchandise displays or implement store management directions.
Learn and operate the point-of-sale system while following company policies.
Apply sales techniques (e.g., upselling, product knowledge) to meet sales goals.
Serve as a Greeter at peak hours to enhance customer experience.
Maintain general housekeeping and cleanliness standards.
Ensure safekeeping of company assets.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications
Matric certificate (Grade 12).
Experience
0–1 years of retail experience (fashion retail experience is advantageous but not essential).
