Job Description
As a Part-Time Sales Consultant at iStore Cresta, you will play an essential role in delivering a world-class customer experience. You ’ll be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating Apple products and services, and helping them find the right solutions based on their needs. This role primarily operates over weekends, making it ideal for students or individuals seeking a part-time schedule. You’ll be equipped with the necessary training and product knowledge to be successful in your role and will work in a high-energy, team-oriented environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Engage and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide hands-on demonstrations of Apple products and services
Recommend complete Apple solutions based on customer needs
Support the achievement of in-store sales goals
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Stay informed about the latest Apple product releases and services
Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive store environment
Primarily work weekends and public holidays as required

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Matric / Senior Certificate (completed)
Sales experience, preferably in retail (Apple product knowledge is a plus)

Willingness to work part-time with weekend availability
Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-service driven
Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
