Job Description
The Part-Time Product Manager/Owner will work closely with the founder and development team to guide product strategy and execution. Key responsibilities include defining and maintaining the product roadmap, translating customer feedback into actionable features, coordinating development tasks, and ensuring timely release cycles. The role requires conducting usability testing, preparing release notes, and maintaining communication between developers and stakeholders. The Product Manager/Owner may also contribute to UI/UX design and prototyping to enhance the user experience. This position is ideal for a proactive individual with strong product management skills who thrives in a small, global, remote-first team.

How to Apply
Collaborate with the founder and developers to define and maintain the product roadmap.
Translate customer needs and feedback into clear product and technical requirements.
Plan, prioritize, and manage development work, ensuring bugs and improvements are addressed promptly.
Conduct light user testing and usability reviews to identify areas for product improvement.
Coordinate release notes and ensure smooth rollout of new features.
Support the creation of UI/UX designs and prototypes to enhance usability.
Maintain effective communication between development teams and other stakeholders.
At least 4 years’ experience in product management or a related role.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience collaborating with or managing technical teams.
Hands-on UI/UX or wireframing skills (Figma or similar tools).
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical ideas for non-technical audiences.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Availability for at least 4 hours of overlap with both AEST and PKT time zones.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in SaaS product management, particularly HR or business software.
Understanding of web application development fundamentals.
Strong UI/UX design exposure.
