Job Description
The Operations Systems Programmer II will develop and support control system applications such as BMS, EPMS, and DCIM. The successful candidate will work closely with IT, operations, and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration, high performance, and reliability of data center systems. Responsibilities include programming logic development, advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, system documentation, and GUI management. The position requires participation in an on-call rotation and occasional travel to data center locations.

How to Apply
Develop and modify programming logic for BMS, EPMS, and DCIM systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration and system efficiency
Lead incident support and root cause analysis for SEV 2-4 issues
Troubleshoot control systems and implement corrective actions
Maintain and optimize system performance and reduce false alarms
Update system documentation and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
Participate in industry workshops and seminars to maintain professional expertise
Join the on-call rotation to provide remote support during off-hours

Minimum 3 years of experience in systems programming and integration in data centers
Proficiency in communication protocols like IP-based BACnet, Modbus, and RS485
Hands-on experience with Delta, Automated Logic, Schneider Electric platforms (Foreseer, NEO)
Experience with PLCs is a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operations
Willingness to travel up to 10% for system deployment and integration
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
