We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Tutor to lead our professional programs in CPA (Certified Public Accountant), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), and CTA (Chartered Tax Adviser).
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality online instruction to students based in Uganda. This position offers the opportunity to shape the next generation of accounting professionals and contribute to their success.

Offer personalized guidance to students, addressing their queries and concerns.
Monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.

3. Curriculum Development:
Collaborate with the curriculum team to enhance existing course materials.
Create supplementary resources, study guides, and practice questions.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate relevant content into the courses.
4. Top Student Production:
Demonstrate a passion for nurturing top-performing students.
Implement effective teaching strategies to maximize student success.
Track student performance and celebrate achievements.
5. Assessment and Evaluation:
Design assessments, quizzes, and mock exams.
Evaluate student submissions promptly and provide detailed feedback.
Ensure fair and transparent grading practices.
6. Professional Ethics and Integrity:
Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics.
Serve as a role model for students in terms of integrity, diligence, and commitment.
7. Experience and Qualifications:
Hold a full CPA or CTA qualification.
Proven track record of producing top-performing students in accounting and taxation.
Experience teaching online courses, preferably via Zoom.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technology.
8. Passion for Education:
Exhibit enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring.
Inspire students to excel and pursue their professional goals.

Education: Full CPA, ACCA or CTA qualification.
