Job Description

This fixed-term position involves overseeing the administrative processes for Special Schemes and general SWL loan products from initiation to disbursement. The role requires interacting with employers and pension funds for loan verifications, resolving loan application issues, and ensuring accurate and timely loan processing. Additionally, the Officer will support branches in managing loan dashboards, monitor disbursement trends, generate leads, and enhance customer satisfaction through cross-selling and issue resolution.

How to Apply

  • Initiate and support the credit application process for executive, personal, and other loans

  • Conduct employer and pension fund visits for loan verification and approvals

  • Follow up on rejected or exceptional loan cases during verification

  • Ensure timely processing of loans at the head office level

  • Share daily pending loan application lists with branches and provide follow-up support

  • Monitor disbursement trends across all departmental credit lines

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly loan reports for management review

  • Build and maintain relationships with employers and pension funds
