Office attendants should be dependable and reliable, showing up to work on time and completing assigned tasks consistently and accurately.Cleaning and maintaining office spaces, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, cleaning windows, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.

Stocking Supplies: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as stationery, paper, ink cartridges, and bathroom supplies to ensure that office operations run smoothly.
Setting Up Meeting Rooms: Preparing meeting rooms by arranging chairs, tables, and equipment, and ensuring that the room is clean and organized before meetings or events.
Mail Distribution: Sorting and distributing incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to appropriate recipients within the office.
Assisting with Office Moves: Assisting with office relocations or rearrangements by moving furniture, equipment, and supplies as directed by office management or facilities staff.
Assisting with Basic Administrative Tasks: Providing support to office staff with basic administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, shredding documents, and data entry.
