The ideal candidate for this position should have:
At least two years of experience in office administration or a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A passion for the mission and vision of BAMA
