Case Hospital is a private health care service provider which started 27 years ago as a small clinic located on Bombo Road and over the years it has grown to a private mini-referral hospital that provides primary, secondary and tertiary health care services.
Nurses/Dispensers job at Case Medical Services

Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as a liaison between the emergency department and other hospital departments (e.g., surgery, radiology, ICU).
Participate in hospital leadership meetings and committees to represent the interests of the ED.
Coordinate with external agencies during large-scale emergencies (e.g., disasters, mass casualty incidents).
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop and oversee emergency response plans for natural disasters, pandemics, or other crises.
Participate in and lead emergency drills and simulations.

Extensive clinical experience in emergency medicine (typically 5–10 years or more).
Experience in a leadership or administrative role, such as department director or assistant director.
Licensure:
Must hold a valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or country.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations, multitask, and remain calm in emergencies.
Knowledge of hospital administration, quality improvement practices, and patient safety protocols.
Other Requirements:
Continuing education and board recertification to stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices.
Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and patient interaction.
Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as emergency medicine often requires around-the-clock availability.
