Job Description
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you will consult with and treat patients through Thirty Madison’s telemedicine platform. The position emphasizes quality and evidence-based virtual care, supported by clinical tools and a collaborative environment. You’ll contribute to the improvement of operational processes, patient engagement, and treatment outcomes. The role also involves communicating with patients and adjusting treatment plans as needed. Candidates must hold multiple state licenses and be available for weekend and holiday shifts. Spanish fluency and prior experience in weight management are considered a plus.

How to Apply

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Minimum 2 years of telehealth experience
Must hold at least 10 state licenses
Available to work a minimum of 16 weekend hours/month and 4 holidays annually
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Eligibility for credentialing with Medicaid and other insurers
Passion for patient education and high-quality virtual care
Comfortable working across various conditions and in a fast-paced setting
Spanish fluency is a plus
Preferred: Experience with weight management care
