As the NPD Programme Manager at Florenz, you will oversee the full lifecycle of new product development initiatives. Manage end-to-end new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Develop and maintain project timelines and manage cross-functional resources.
Lead collaboration across R&D, marketing, design, sourcing, and operations teams.
Oversee full product lifecycle management from ideation through post-launch review.
Act as the key point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to align product development with market demand.
Maintain project budgets and resource plans.
Drive innovation and continuously improve the NPD process.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the CPG industry, with a focus on new product development.
Proven track record in delivering cross-functional projects from concept to market.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficiency in risk assessment, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
Experience in market research and trend analysis is an advantage.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality assurance processes within the health and wellness sector.
