Job Description
The National Service Training Programme is designed to provide fresh graduates with real-world experience, practical skills, and exposure to the professional work environment of a global organization. Trainees will be involved in finance-related operations while building expertise and accountability from the start. The program promotes personal and professional growth, offering training, mentorship, and career development opportunities.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate actively in finance department tasks and projects
Apply academic knowledge to real-world financial and operational issues
Support day-to-day finance operations under supervision
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to problem-solving
Demonstrate initiative in assigned responsibilities
Learn and adapt to corporate financial systems and practices

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Final year students completing their tertiary education in 2025
Must be registered under the National Service Scheme for 2025/2026
Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following:
Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting)
Business Administration (Accounting)
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
Logistics & Supply Chain Management
Strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges
Ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment
