Job Description
The position involves the day-to-day management of records to ensure proper documentation, filing, and distribution of official correspondence. The Records Assistant will maintain registers for both incoming and outgoing mail, distribute files to designated officers, track their circulation within the institution, and ensure safe return and storage of records.

How to Apply
Register incoming correspondence in the incoming register.
Register outgoing correspondence in the outgoing register.
Distribute files to action officers.
Receive files from action officers.
Return files to the registry shelves/cabinets for safe storage.
Track the circulation of files within the institution.
Must have completed at least Ordinary Level (Form IV) or Advanced Level (Form VI).
Hold a Diploma (NTA Level 6) in Records Management or Archives from a recognized government institution.
Possess computer literacy skills.
Minimum of 12 months relevant working experience is an added advantage.
