Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using various methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation, and statistical analysis, to assess program performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Designing M&E Frameworks: Develop monitoring and evaluation frameworks, plans, and systems to track progress, measure outcomes, and assess the performance of programs and projects, including defining indicators, data collection methods, and reporting mechanisms.
Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data using various methods and tools, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups, observation, and statistical analysis, to assess program performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and track program activities, outputs, and outcomes against established targets and benchmarks, identifying deviations, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Impact Evaluation: Conduct impact evaluations and assessments to measure the long-term effects and broader impacts of programs and interventions on beneficiaries, communities, and target populations, using rigorous research methodologies and evaluation designs.
