Job Description
As the Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage marketing technology stacks including tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and more. You'll support global campaign operations, lead routing, data integrity, and analytics for lifecycle marketing. The role demands strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining system documentation, troubleshooting integration issues, and improving the marketing lead funnel and segmentation strategies.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage marketing technology setup (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Handle automation workflows, data segmentation, and lead generation
Oversee integrations and vendor relationships for marketing tools
Maintain prospect/customer data through their lifecycle
Cleanse, enrich, and upload lists from various marketing channels
Document processes and provide training to the growth team
Troubleshoot technical issues between Salesforce and HubSpot
Optimize lead flow and assignment processes
Ensure seamless tool integration across departments
Understand and align with business and cross-functional goals
Map data effectively between Remote's platform and marketing tools
Drive campaign performance measurement and reporting
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, LeanData, and data enrichment tools
Experience in marketing operations, automation, and lead funnel management
Skilled in email marketing, outreach, and campaign workflows
Strong collaboration, technical, and strategic thinking abilities
Experience in event marketing operations and performance analytics
Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills
