Job Opportunity: Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help elevate our brand while driving sustainable growth.
Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will lead all aspects of marketing strategy and execution, including brand development, campaign management, public relations, and partnership coordination. The role requires collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives across all platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and evaluate the organization’s integrated marketing strategy
Drive sales growth and increase brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
Create and manage marketing programs across various channels, supporting business goals
Analyse market trends, customer insights, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns
Lead cross-functional teams and manage relationships with advertising and PR agencies
Oversee the design and dissemination of marketing materials and promotional items
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
Manage marketing research projects and integrate findings into strategic planning
Administer the marketing budget in collaboration with the General Manager
Ensure proper governance and responsible gaming in all promotional efforts
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Postgraduate qualifications and/or Project Management certification are an advantage
5–8 years' experience in marketing management or public relations
Experience in the gaming or betting industry is highly desirable
Proven track record in managing multi-stakeholder marketing projects
Key Skills:
Strong leadership and team management
Strategic planning and problem-solving
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data analytics and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems)
Strong project management and organizational abilities
Creativity and innovation in campaign development
Budget planning and management
Familiarity with both digital and traditional marketing channels
