Educational Background:
Degree:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
A Master’s degree in Marketing or an MBA can be an added advantage.
Experience:
Professional Experience:
5-7 years of experience in marketing, with a significant portion of that in brand management.
Experience in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) or related corporate functions is highly preferred.
Proven track record of managing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly CIB.
Familiarity with the regulatory environment and market dynamics affecting corporate functions.
Technical Skills:
Marketing Skills:
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and market research.
Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
Analytical Skills:
Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategies.
Experience with data analysis tools and techniques to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Project Management:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
