Job Description
The National Social Security Fund (NSSF) Sacco is recruiting Marketing Executives (4 positions) to support member acquisition and revenue growth across Kenya.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruit new members from existing and new organizations while ensuring compliance with Sacco policies and procedures
- Act as the point of contact for assigned relationships and increase market share as per the assigned SACCO targets
- Recruit new quality organizations and advise them on eligibility for joining NSSF Sacco
- Ensure minimum requirements for Share Capital and deposits for every recruited member are met
- Inform members on the different types of FOSA and BOSA products available and their terms and conditions
- Increase Sacco revenue and meet set targets through sale of products and services
- Find new leads, set meetings, follow up on presentations, and close recruitment and sales deals
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new referral sources
- Follow up for collections and remittances from existing and new organizations
