Job Description
The Marketing Designer will be responsible for developing creative visuals for Sporty's marketing and social media campaigns. You will collaborate with the broader marketing team and report to the Marketing Design Lead. This role demands both conceptual design thinking and technical execution—especially in creating motion graphics and adapting visuals to suit platform-specific needs. You will use insights from data teams to optimize content performance and remain updated with current design trends to keep the company’s branding fresh and effective.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Design high-quality content for various marketing channels, including Google ads, display networks, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and produce campaign creatives.
Customize visuals based on platform specifications and campaign objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and design innovations to ensure cutting-edge visual communication.
Work alongside analytics teams to assess design performance and optimize accordingly.
Create engaging motion graphics and video content for digital marketing efforts.
Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and proactively share design ideas.
Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
Portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital marketing channels.
Proven experience in motion graphics design—must submit examples with the application.
Understanding of platform-specific best practices for digital advertising.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
Solid project management and multitasking capabilities.
Innovative, self-driven, and highly adaptable to changing market needs.
