Job Description
The successful candidate will take a lead role in executing the annual marketing and communication strategy to promote the school’s image. Responsibilities include creating and managing written communications for both print and digital media, maintaining public engagement through various platforms, and organizing school events. The officer will work closely with all school stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging and professional representation of the school’s values and goals.

How to Apply
Implement the school’s annual marketing and communications strategy.
Manage all written communication across platforms (print and online).
Maintain effective public relations with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate and manage school events as directed by the Head of School.
Develop engaging content for the website and social media platforms.
Collaborate with staff, parents, and the community to ensure clear and timely information dissemination.
Monitor the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
Education & Certification
Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Key Knowledge, Experience & Abilities
Minimum of 4 years of proven success in a marketing and communications role.
Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and communication principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (will be tested).
Experience with Google Workspace and Adobe Creative Cloud (will be tested).
Familiarity with social media platforms and website content management (e.g., WordPress) is desired.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse audiences, including parents, staff, government bodies, and the diplomatic community.
Demonstrated ability to produce audience-appropriate written content.
