Job Description
As a Marketing Analytics Specialist at SmartDreamers, you will be instrumental in helping customers implement and optimize tracking across various channels using SmartDreamers’ software. Your responsibilities will include setting up Google Analytics, supporting reporting needs, suggesting product improvements, and exploring innovative methodologies to enhance analytical processes. You will work cross-functionally with the product and customer success teams to ensure a seamless analytics experience for clients. The role demands both technical and creative thinking to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

How to Apply
Implement Google Analytics and tracking systems for clients.
Collaborate with the product team to enhance the Reporting module.
Provide analytical support using tools such as Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
Spot and propose innovative methodologies for better data insights.
Interpret and analyze data to provide actionable recommendations to clients.
Ensure pixel tracking and remarketing setups are effectively executed.
Minimum of 2 years in a similar analytics or tracking role.
Proficient with Social Media Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixel tracking, and remarketing.
A successful portfolio of data-driven implementations.
Strong problem-solving skills and an iterative, learning mindset.
Creativity, curiosity, and confidence in driving product and process improvements.
