Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for implementing and overseeing key programmes and projects aligned with the strategic goals of the business unit. Working under the direction of the Business Head, the Manager will focus on enhancing operational performance, maintaining high levels of service delivery, and driving compliance with governance standards. The role also includes managing budgets, reducing costs, and continuously improving business processes. The candidate will engage various stakeholders across functions and levels to ensure the delivery of consistent and effective results in a complex financial services environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
First Degree in Business Commerce or Finance and Accounting
Experience:
3–4 years’ experience in managing projects to completion with measurable business results
5–7 years’ experience in influencing and engaging stakeholders in a financial services environment
