Job Description
The Manager, Card Systems ensures high system availability and provides operational support within the Card Center team. The role includes managing system upgrades, applying patches from system vendors, attending to user issues promptly, and advising the Card business team on new system features and enhancements that could benefit business operations. The Manager will offer technical support in card switch operations, participate in projects involving Card System implementation, and maintain full compliance with payment association requirements. This role requires ensuring that card systems are available 24/7 to meet business demands.

Monitor and address system and user-related issues promptly.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Technology, or a related IT field.
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year in an IT-related role.
Minimum of 1 year in card systems and switch support.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong understanding of card systems operations and compliance.
