Job Description
The Management Trainee Program is structured to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in real-world business environments. Trainees will work closely with department teams on operational, administrative, and project-based tasks. The program offers mentorship, training workshops, and cross-functional exposure to support career development and help participants transition into leadership roles.
Participants will assist in core department functions:
Marketing – Branding, social media, market research, content creation, and customer engagement.
Finance – Financial reporting, data analysis, reconciliations, and compliance.
Procurement – Inventory management, procurement planning, supplier coordination, and documentation.
Hospitality – Front office operations, customer service, and quality assurance.
Trainees will be expected to participate in strategic projects, respond to client inquiries, support policy development, and embody the organization’s values and ethics.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Support daily operational and administrative functions in assigned departments
Participate in data entry, reporting, documentation, and record-keeping
Assist in department-specific tasks as outlined (e.g., financial reports, procurement planning, etc.)
Collaborate on cross-departmental projects and initiatives
Attend training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Contribute to process improvements and policy development
Respond to inquiries from clients and stakeholders
Take initiative in problem-solving and innovation
Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors or departmental heads
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Procurement, Hospitality Management, or related fields (from a recognized institution)
Experience & Skills:
Must have graduated within the last two years
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
High integrity and attention to detail
Willingness to be posted to any Oasis Healthcare facility location
