Job Description
This rotational program is designed to provide the trainee with deep exposure to various HR functions and develop functional expertise. Trainees will work on departmental projects, gaining practical experience while contributing to organizational goals. Assignments may include reviewing global HR systems and processes, talent acquisition and mapping, data analytics for decision-making, and managing global engagements like onboarding international interns and coordinating their experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct reviews of global HR processes and systems to align them with organizational needs.
Assist in executive searches through market research, talent mapping, and industry analysis.
Apply data analytics techniques to enhance efficiency and inform HR decisions.
Manage onboarding and orientation of international interns.
Support professional development programs for interns and maintain relevant reports and databases.
Oversee social media and communication channels for global engagement programs.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Must have recently completed a Master’s degree program in a relevant field.
Strong academic performance and a record of academic excellence.
Eligible to work in Kenya (must be residing in or permitted to work in the country).
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.
Ability to manage projects and work in a multicultural environment.
