Job Description
The Aspire Future Leaders Programme offers participants a structured rotation across different functions within the Human Resources Department, providing them with exposure to projects, professional skills training, leadership networking opportunities, mentorship, and global experiences. Trainees will engage in data analytics, global HR process reviews, executive search facilitation, and international engagement management, all geared toward developing future leaders who can make impactful career decisions.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Review global HR processes and systems to identify business needs for human capital development and management.
Facilitate executive searches through market research, talent mapping, and industry analysis.
Learn and apply data analytics strategies to enhance decision-making based on past trends and behaviors.
Manage global engagements by onboarding and orienting international interns, coordinating onsite experiences, supporting professional development, managing social media channels, and maintaining programme databases and reports.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Recently completed Bachelor’s degree (Master’s program ongoing preferred).
Strong academic performance.
Must reside in or have legal permission to work in Kenya or Uganda.
Strong commitment, adaptability, curiosity, and ability to thrive in a fast-changing environment.
Excellent communication skills, bold thinking, and a passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
