Job Description
The Maintenance/AC Technician will be responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning units and HVAC systems across the hotel premises. This includes performing preventive maintenance, identifying system faults, and ensuring all components function efficiently and safely. The technician will work closely with the maintenance team to ensure overall facility upkeep, contributing to a comfortable and functional environment for guests and staff.

How to Apply
Install, service, and repair air conditioning and HVAC units
Identify electrical and mechanical faults in cooling systems and perform necessary repairs
Conduct routine maintenance on air conditioning systems, including filter changes and coolant level checks
Clean, test, and calibrate HVAC systems for maximum efficiency
Respond promptly to repair and maintenance requests
Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of parts used
Adhere to safety protocols and environmental guidelines
Assist other technicians with general maintenance duties as required
Report major system faults and hazards to supervisors for further action

Technical or vocational certification in Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or related field
OND, HND, BSc, or equivalent in Engineering or related discipline is an advantage
2–5 years of relevant experience in AC maintenance or HVAC systems
Strong knowledge of air conditioning tools, techniques, and safety standards
Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals
Good physical condition and ability to work in high or confined spaces
Problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and emergency call-outs
