Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Abacus Pharma (A) Limited is looking for a Machine Operators-BFS to join its team. The Machine Operators-BFS will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blow-fill-seal machines that produce sterile liquid products. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications and skills, Diploma or certificate in mechanical engineering or related field At least two years of experience in operating and troubleshooting BFS machines Knowledge of GMP, SOPs and safety standards Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and follow aseptic techniques Attention to detail, accuracy and quality Good communication and teamwork skills

To efficiently operate BFS machines to meet company targets.
To conduct routine maintenance works on BFS machines as well as minimize the rate of breakdown.
To ensure smooth functioning of BFS machine all the time.
To report all sorts of BFS machine breakdown to the team leader, section head and engineering department.
To ensure that all safety standards are met and comply with current GMP guidelines.
To ensure that BFS machine are highly efficient through minimizing defects.
To ensure that periodic machine parts change is done as per requirement of the department.
Set up and adjust machines.
To work with the engineering department in installing and commissioning of new machines, equipment and parts

2 years’ experience working in relevant / similar company.
