Data Collection and Management:

• Develop and implement data collection tools and methodologies.

• Collect data from various sources, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and administrative records.

• Ensure data quality and integrity through regular validation and verification processes.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess project performance and impact.

• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize findings and provide actionable insights.

• Assist in the development of performance indicators and targets for monitoring and evaluation.

Monitoring Activities:

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and gather data.

• Track project progress against established indicators and milestones.

• Identify and document best practices, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.

Evaluation Activities:

• Support the design and implementation of evaluation studies and assessments.

• Collaborate with external evaluators when necessary to facilitate independent evaluations.

• Synthesize evaluation findings and contribute to the development of recommendations for program improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Work closely with project managers, technical staff, and other stakeholders to ensure effective M&E processes.

• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building activities for project staff and partners on M&E practices.

• Communicate M&E results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
