Job Description
The Officer will prospect and acquire customers, gather KYC and loan documentation, assess creditworthiness, prepare credit memos, and follow applications through approval, disbursement, and recovery. The role monitors portfolio quality (PAR), flags early warning signals, implements remediation strategies, and delivers excellent client service. The Officer also supports marketing/BD activities, maintains accurate records, and ensures adherence to institutional and regulatory requirements.

How to Apply
Originate, screen, and process loan applications in line with policy.
Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment; prepare credit memos.
Manage a loan portfolio: monitor repayments, PAR, and renewals; escalate delinquency.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships; provide responsive support.
Ensure complete KYC/AML documentation and regulatory compliance.
Generate leads through field marketing and partnerships to meet sales targets.
Maintain accurate records and reports on pipeline, disbursements, and collections.
Education: OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration or related field.
Experience: 2–5 years in lending/credit, banking, or microfinance.
Knowledge/Skills:
Lending principles, credit analysis, and regulatory compliance.
Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
Customer service orientation; target-driven with high integrity.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment.
