Advice on legal matters related to banking operations, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
Research and analyze legal issues and provide recommendations to management.
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, agreements, and legal documents
Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure legal compliance in all business activities.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
Work closely with external legal counsel when required.
Bachelor's degree in law
Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
Ability to interpret complex legal documents and provide practical advice.
Good understanding of risk management principles.
