Job Description
The Lecturer/Research Fellow will be responsible for delivering lectures in the areas of Accounting and Finance, conducting academic research, publishing scholarly work, developing academic programmes, and supervising junior staff and students. The position also entails preparing learning materials, setting and marking assessments, and participating in professional academic events.

Coordinating course projects and practical work.

A PhD or equivalent degree qualification (or a Master’s degree in special cases) in Accounting, Finance, or a related area from a recognized/accredited university.
A minimum of 24 publication points, with at least 16 from refereed scholarly journals.
Registration or eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body (where applicable).
Demonstrated potential for teaching and research.
Proven merit and ability as evidenced by past performance and results.
