Job Description
The Learning and Development Coordinator will oversee all logistics, support, and administrative functions relating to training and development programs. The role requires a detail-oriented professional to schedule and manage training events, support facilitators and learners, handle all aspects of SETA submissions (WSP/ATR), and manage training records through Learning Management Systems (LMS). The successful candidate must possess exceptional presentation and communication skills, be comfortable with virtual learning platforms, and have a solid grasp of Excel and presentation tools like Keynote or PowerPoint.

How to Apply
Coordinate training sessions, facilitators, venues, and logistics
Support virtual and on-site training sessions
Handle training communications, attendance, and feedback
Compile and submit Workplace Skills Plans (WSP) and Annual Training Reports (ATR)
Liaise with SETAs for compliance and training-related queries
Manage discretionary and mandatory grant applications
Develop professional presentation materials using Keynote or PowerPoint
Upload and track learning content and records via LMS
Set up and co-host Zoom training sessions, resolving technical issues when necessary
Monitor participation, feedback, and completion metrics
Analyze training data and prepare reports using Excel
Minimum Requirements:
3–5 years’ experience in a Learning and Development or HR coordination role
Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator (SDF)
Knowledge of SETA requirements and WSP/ATR processes
Strong planning, coordination, and admin skills
Advanced Keynote or PowerPoint presentation skills
Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas, pivot tables preferred)
LMS navigation and virtual meeting (Zoom) facilitation experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
High integrity and confidentiality
