Job Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Zenoti, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on product use, business strategies, and growth opportunities. You will be responsible for customer advocacy, product adoption, and ensuring clients realize long-term success through the Zenoti platform. Your role involves a blend of relationship management, technical acumen, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will use customer insights and data analytics to drive retention, identify expansion opportunities, and continuously enhance the customer experience. This position is ideal for a professional with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for technology, and a desire to make a measurable impact in the beauty and wellness industry.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop strong customer relationships to understand business needs and drive value.
Act as a product expert, guiding clients in adopting Zenoti’s platform effectively.
Analyze customer issues and create strategic solutions to enhance satisfaction.
Use data insights to support customer retention and identify upsell opportunities.
Lead client conversations with confidence and influence key stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, support) to enhance customer experience.
Manage multiple client accounts, balancing priorities with clear communication.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Required:
Strong technical aptitude and eagerness to learn the Zenoti platform.
Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret insights for decision-making.
Confident communicator with strong influencing abilities.
High emotional intelligence and customer-first mindset.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.
Preferred:
Experience in SaaS, technology, or customer-facing roles.
Background in wellness, beauty, or fitness industries.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data analytics platforms.
