Job Description
Baker Hughes is seeking a Laboratory Technician to apply scientific research and development in a laboratory environment. The role involves executing routine analyses and resolving technical problems within the oil and gas industry.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Applying of scientific research and development in a lab environment
- Executing routine analyses using vested methods and technologies and/or contributes to technological developments in teams under supervision.
- Resolving problems through the application of acquired expertise guided by precedent
- Working together with people from the business unit. Specifying activities, planning of activities and giving explanations on technical issues.
- Communicating with direct team and supervisor. Presenting to internal teams on metrics, project status and research.
