Job Description
The role focuses on partnering with stakeholders to address people management needs, using analysis and appropriate P&C toolkits. The incumbent will support Personal and Private Banking, SB Private Inland Regions (Limpopo, Mpumalanga & North West Province), resolving problems through data analysis, escalating complex matters where necessary, and ensuring full coordination of all People & Culture activities. The position requires acting as a people champion and facilitating the implementation of initiatives aligned with organizational transformation goals.

How to Apply
Act as a business partner providing P&C advisory services to business stakeholders.
Understand and analyse business needs and apply appropriate P&C solutions.
Integrate and analyse people and business data to provide actionable recommendations.
Support the overall people experience and organizational transformation initiatives.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate parties for resolution.
Facilitate and coordinate People & Culture projects and activities within assigned portfolios.
Maintain strong engagement with teams at all levels across Inland Regions.
Champion P&C strategies that enhance business objectives and people experiences.
Qualifications:
Degree in Human Resources Management, Behavioural Science, or Social Science.
Experience:
3–4 years experience in People & Culture roles, preferably in a partnering capacity.
Proven problem-solving skills in business-specific contexts.
Solid understanding of the commercial and social relevance of People & Culture in business.
Experience working across all levels in complex organizational environments.
Ability to analyse people and business data to formulate and recommend solutions.
Flexibility and willingness to travel across multiple provinces (Limpopo, Mpumalanga, and North West).
