Job Description
The Junior Accounts Assistant will assist in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and managing day-to-day financial activities. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial operations and requires a detail-oriented and highly accountable individual capable of working under pressure.

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records and reports.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Support the team in preparing financial statements and budgets.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Handle data entry, processing invoices, and preparing financial documentation.
Assist with audits and ensure proper documentation of financial records.
Provide support in payroll preparation and tax filings.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
Experience:
0–1 year of work experience in accounting, preferably in the retail industry.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Key Competencies:
Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Strong accountability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
