Job Description
As a Junior Account Manager – Receivables, you will handle all aspects of accounts receivable management including recording invoices, payments, and credit notes. You will be required to reconcile outstanding receivables, proactively resolve discrepancies, prepare financial reports, and collaborate closely with commercial departments. Your role also includes participation in quarterly and year-end financial closings, ensuring compliance and accuracy in receivables reporting.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and record customer invoices, payments, and credit notes.
Reconcile outstanding receivables regularly.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies and delayed payments.
Prepare and evaluate receivables balances and relevant financial reports.
Collaborate with commercial teams and management for accurate reporting.
Participate in quarterly and year-end closing activities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in accounts receivable or related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP FI/CO.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Strong numerical skills with a precise and structured working style.
Effective communication skills and self-motivation for continuous learning.
