Job Description
Reporting to the IT & Data Manager, the IT Intern will provide day-to-day technical support to ensure the smooth functioning of the hospital’s IT systems. The intern will be involved in resolving hardware and software issues, supporting communication and digital systems, assisting in ongoing IT projects, and ensuring users receive efficient and timely IT support. This internship is tailored to equip the successful candidate with real-world ICT experience and exposure to digital transformation practices within the healthcare industry.

How to Apply
Provide technical support to hospital staff across departments.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in maintaining and updating IT equipment and infrastructure.

Minimum Qualifications:
A recent graduate (not more than 1 year) with a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Professional certifications such as MCITP, A+, or N+ will be an added advantage.
