Job Description
The Investment Analysts will be part of high-performing teams engaged in originating, structuring, and managing investment transactions across various industry sectors. Analysts will play a pivotal role in assessing opportunities, executing transactions, and monitoring portfolio performance. Key tasks include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, preparing sector and client analyses, contributing to investment committee documentation, and supporting strategic initiatives at the sector or country level.

How to Apply
Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and risk assessment for investment transactions.
Analyze company financials and project financial performance.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date portfolio data and prepare monitoring reports.
Assist in preparing country and sector strategies, pitchbooks, and client presentations.
Map sectors and markets to identify and assess business opportunities.
Support internal and client engagement with data analysis and documentation.
Draft investment and advisory board documentation per IFC quality standards.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, project finance, financial consulting, or similar.
Strong skills in financial modeling, statement analysis, and scenario testing.
Proven ability to conduct market and industry research.
Clear oral and written communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with sound analytical judgment.
Commitment to development and IFC's mission, values, and strategy.
Proficiency in English (required); French, Portuguese, or Arabic (preferred).
