Job Description
The Investment Advisor will play a critical role in growing Mshel Homes' investor base by identifying new business opportunities and promoting various investment products such as land, housing units, and off-plan properties. The role requires in-depth client consultations to match investment opportunities with financial goals. The candidate will also conduct market research, prepare investment proposals, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain records of all client interactions and transactions. A strong understanding of real estate and investment strategy is essential for success in this role.

Source and engage potential real estate investors through multiple channels
Promote and explain company real estate investment products and projects
Provide personalized investment advice aligned with clients’ financial goals
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and investors
Conduct ongoing market research to track trends and identify opportunities
Prepare compelling investment proposals and deliver effective sales presentations
Utilize CRM tools to manage investor interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies

Prepare regular reports on sales, market trends, and customer feedback
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment advisory, real estate sales, or financial consulting
Strong knowledge of the real estate market and investment analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
High ethical standards, professionalism, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
