Job Description
The NSSF Internship Program provides recent graduates with valuable exposure to practical work experience in various departments. Interns will be assigned responsibilities under the guidance of departmental supervisors. This program is tailored for unemployed Kenyan youth and is aimed at enhancing employability and career development through real-world application of academic knowledge. The internship will run for 12 uninterrupted months and does not guarantee employment upon completion.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Duties will be assigned by respective Heads of Departments or Supervisors upon appointment
Interns will support various administrative, technical, and operational activities depending on their academic background and department of placement

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Basic Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution
Must have graduated and be in possession of the certificate
Aged between 20 and 34 years
Graduated within the last 4 years from the closing date of the advert
Must provide a recommendation/reference letter from their graduating institution
Must not have undertaken any previous internship or work experience
Must be available for the entire internship duration (1 year)

Goal-oriented, dynamic, and self-driven
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in ICT
Strong team player
